We had a wonderful visit from Mom and Dad. They came to help us get ready for the move and we hit a few fun spots too. Here we are at Tillamook. Gotta love that cheese factory. It's a fun day trip to go there an to the beach. :)

Item to check of my bucket list: Fire on the beach. I've always wanted to have a fire on the beach. I guess I'm a little obsessed with fire. I have to have fire when I camp for it to count as a real camping trip. When we go up the canyon we need fire for it to be REALLY fun. What could make the beach better? Fire, of course. We totally didn't plan this. It was cold and it seemed like a good idea, but the wood was all wet and we didn't even have matches. My resourceful son, however, set out to find some and he actually dug some up in the sand. They miraculously worked and we magically got a fire started with wet wood and the random stuff Grandpa and Cole collected. Amazing. Thanks guys!!  :)

Brookie had her first birthday party with friends. We had a blast. It was a Pinkalicious party. We dressed up in pink fairy wings and made pink fairy wands. We read Pinkalicious and frosted pink cupcakes. Luckily, nobody turned pink. :) Maybe because we ate green grapes with our pink cupcakes...

She doesn't look like she's lovin' the birthday kiss, but she has asked since to go over to Tuckers to play and visit. :) Who knows. Maybe there's something in store for these two love birds in the future. :) Either way, we love you Tucker. And we're thankful to Jenn for providing Brookie's birthday wardrobe jewelry and girlie decorations! It was a hit!

Preschool graduation from Little Olys. Cole and Brookie both went to preschool T/H for a couple hours at the local HS. They loved it there and their teacher and teachers were fabulous! We had a great experience!! Here are the 2 amazing graduates!
