celebrating valentines (a little later than planned)

after our really long trip to utah, we finally took a few days to breathe, unpack, and clean up our messy house. between pink eye and colds and being behind in school and church work, we weren't quite on top of our game.

ty's mom and dad sent a valentines package that we remembered was at the post office 2 weeks after they'd sent it... yikes! we finally ran down to pick it up and the kids were thrilled! coleman is especially excited about all things resembling presents - packages are so fun! he even opens ty's amazon orders. he was so excited he walked almost all the way to the post office while i pushed brookie in the stroller! this package didn't disappoint! the kids each opened their own fun present (very cute clothes :) ) and then moved on to candy, nemo snacks and cookies - and the best part - packing peanuts!! grandma marilee was worried that 2 week old cookies wouldn't be good. well, these critics say they were delicious!!!

thanks grandpa terry, grandma marilee, uncle trevor and uncle trent for the fun package! we had a blast!! love you guys!
