Childrens Museum

A couple weeks ago we went to the childrens museum with some friends in our ward. Thanks Kei for getting us all in for a great discount with your pass! The kids had a blast and Cole's been talking about it ever since!! He got to dig up dinosaur bones, learn what bugs eat and pretend to order it at a bug restaurant. He got to look at a huge cockroack and a couple really big spiders! - any little boy's heaven! He got to see bees making honey and paint on a giant leaf. He also got to climb on softblocks and play with trucks! What a fun day! He had such a blast! Brooklyn had a great time too - she ate the sand as she dug out the dino bones and put everything under the sun in her mouth... YUCK! Oh well. she survived and doesn't seem much worse for the wear. She loved watching all the people and just being together!- and it was fun to be with so many of our cute friends too! Thanks guys for the great day!

Cole playing on the blocks

Sliding on the blocks - these were really fun!

Brookie tasting the puzzle pieces

Cole painting the leaf - water would sporadically wash over it and wash the paint away - kinda strange, but he thought it was great! This little guy loves to paint and LOVES anything that has to do with water!!!

Peeking out the back of the jeep in the archaeology section

Driving the jeep

Digging out dino bones

Happy to be out of the stroller and in the sand

Getting better acquainted with the sand

Loving how the sand feels (and tastes)
